Our Guided Meditation sessions, led by Kirat Randhawa, focus on using mindfulness-based techniques to navigate one's inner experience as you move throughout your week. We will use the breath as our focal point to soothe the mind and body. The container of this class is aimed at holding space for the complexities of the human experience.
